The staircase also leads down to a spacious basement equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious as yet unfurnished 50 square meter room ideal as a games-room, office, cinema, or , if necessary, a fifth bedroom. A charming 150 year-old shed, approximate area 25 square meters, located in the garden serves as storage and a wine-cellar.
